Man Takes Justice Into His Own Hands After GF’s Molester Gets Probation, Will Accept Consequences

A Louisiana man has admitted to killing his girlfriend’s convicted molester and stuffing his body into a 55-gallon barrel after a court sentenced him to probation.

Jace Crehan, 23, will face the consequences of his decision and is expected to be sentenced to life in prison for killing the man, identified as Robert Noce Jr.

Crehan reportedly admitted to the court he took justice into his own hands and strangled his girlfriend’s molester while he was asleep in his trailer in July 2015.

Noce was sentenced to five years of probation after pleading “no contest” to sexually molesting Crehan’s girlfriend just days before he was killed.

His girlfriend, Brittany Monk, also admitted to playing a role in the killing. Monk has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and faces up to 40 years in prison, The Advocate reported.

At the time of the killing, Crehan and Monk were engaged to be married and expecting a child.

District Attorney Hillar Moore III said of the case, “You don’t want people going out and taking justice into their own hands.”
